1. Who operates this site
mikomiel.pl is operated by eComWizards Mikołaj Mielczarek, Moniuszki 4/4, 98-300 Wieluń, Poland. For personal data matters, contact kontakt@ecomwizards.pl. The operator is responsible for processing the information you voluntarily provide when contacting us through the site.
2. Contact and information you provide
Information in emails and forms is used to answer inquiries, communicate about business matters and deliver services you request. Providing information is voluntary; without contact details, a reply may not be possible. This site has no newsletter subscription or marketing consent form.
3. Hosting and security
The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. CMS content and administration data are stored in Cloudflare D1, and media library files in Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare also handles HTTPS connections. The hosting provider may process technical request information, including IP address, requested URL, request time, browser details and errors, to deliver and protect the service. 4. Contact form and booking
Tally provides the contact form, which loads only after you select its button on the contact page. You can also open the form directly in Tally or use email. Once the form loads, Tally receives technical connection information and the data you enter. Tally’s policy: https://tally.so/privacy-policy. The form is in English.
The booking link opens Fantastical Openings (Flexibits). Booking takes place on the provider’s service under its own terms: https://flexibits.com/privacy. LinkedIn and Instagram links also lead to external services. Their content is not automatically embedded on this site.
5. Cookies and traffic measurement
This version of the site includes no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Advertising or remarketing scripts. We do not add analytics or advertising cookies. The CMS uses essential session data for administrator sign-in. External services you open, and the form you choose to load, may use cookies described in their own policies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
6. Recipients and retention
Information may be shared with the hosting provider and the providers of tools you use, as needed to operate the site and handle your inquiry. Information related to an inquiry is retained for as long as needed to handle it. Data required by law, such as accounting records, is subject to the applicable retention requirements.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or transfer of your personal data, and object to processing.
